What Does Not Count

  • Requests to remove criticism because it is inconvenient.
  • Requests to raise a rank because a product has a new campaign, discount, or award.
  • Requests to replace a caveat with brand-provided marketing copy.
  • Threats, vague legal language, or complaints that do not identify a factual issue.

Correction Notes

Material corrections should be visible on the affected page when they change what a reader would reasonably do. Tiny spelling fixes, dead-link updates, and formatting fixes may be made without a public note.

Prices and policies move often. A stale price is usually updated in place. A changed return policy can change the value score.
